DIY: Easy but cute updo

Medium or long hair; so many opportunities! Last week a friend of mine joined her boyfriend (whose birthday it is today! Happy birthday Pip!) to the prom. Of course she stressed out about her hair, make-up and dress, and asked me to do her hair and make-up. We searched for hours. She did not want her hair to be up, but she did not want it loose... She did not want a braid, but she did not want her hair straightened as well. Luckily, we found this movie on youtube and decided to do her hair like that!

You will need:
- Bobby pins
- A curling iron
- Hairspray
- A comb

Step one:
Curl your hair

Step two:
Spray your hair with hairspray to make sure that it stays in place all evening

Step three:
Use the comb and collect an outer section of your hair, do this on both sides of your head.

Step four:
Knot the two sections and make sure they stay in place by using bobby pins.

Step five:
Repeat step three and four another time (or twice, or thrice if you like) until you get the hairdo you prefer.

Step six:
Spray your hair again and you are done!

If you could not follow my steps, there is a video on youtube which explains it as well. It is made by Lilith Moon. She has an accent, but you can follow her steps easily!
On my picture her hair looks really curly, but it went down a little by the time her prom started!

Enjoy!
