DIY: Tasty recipes with apple (part two)

After being ill for almost a week, I discovered that eating extra vitamins is very healthy and makes you feel good! Apples are delicious, so here is another inspiring recipe!

Apple cupcakes:
Cupcakes are super-cute and there are loads of variations: chocolate, blueberry, raspberry, vanilla, citron and much more. To make your cupcakes a little more healthy: try using apple!

You will need:
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 65 ml melted butter
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 4.5 dl flour
- 1 dl fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 dl Granny Smith apples (peeled and cut)
- Cupcake models

Step one:
Mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla in a bowl until you reach a smooth mass.

Step two:
Do the same, in another bowl, with the flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.

Step three:
Preheat the oven (175 degrees Celcius)

Step four:
Combine the two blends from step one and two and mix them together. After this, add the apples to the mixture and mix again.

Step five:
Add the mixture to the models and bake them in approximately twenty minutes until they have reached the perfect golden brown color.
(To get the best cupcakes your best bet is to use a special standard for them while they are in the oven. If you do not use such a standard, the models are the only support for your cupcakes which can result in them looking a bit sloppy)

Enjoy!
